Pappas and George D. Zouganilas, 49er Club, 109 Fremont for license for 60 slot machines, 2 Craps, 2 "21", 1 Poker, and 1 Faro Bank for the fourth quarter of 1951 be granted conditioned on their filing the State Gaming license number with the City Clerk. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Jarrett, Peccole and His Honor voting aye; noes, Commissioner Whipple. Commissioner Bunker passed his vote.
