Las Vegas - February 1, 1952 W 6"^-26 Mr. L. A. White - Omaha Referring to your letter of January 17, File § f 5-7. Statement of differences between your record of rates and Form 26 have been investigated and original of statement has been returned w it h explanation for each item. We are arranging to consolidate report of changes and additions in a single report as requested effective with January, 1952. Our base records of new services are maintained by areas and contracts separately with a separate base record of changes. The report can be prepared showing such changes and additions in numerical order but as it would involve considerable additional work at a time when our efforts are being concentrated in closing our accounts for the previous month, 1 hope it will be satisfactory to continue as in the past. Verified statement of vacancies and adjustments has been returned to you. The stock of old Form 25 has been destroyed. Adjustments and other items previously reported on Form 25 will be reported on Form 26 or attached sheet as you suggest. W. H. Johnson
