I agree.To Mr. A. H. Scribner. March 26,19*1*6 \ - j -2- We were never able to satisfy Mr. Sexton's objections and it is doubtful if Mr. Allard will view the subject differently. During Mr. Sexton*s term of office and until this year the matter of the LVIAW assessment was not of special concern to the assessor or local interests. The situation is now different in that the Assessor and the Tax Commission being under pressure from the local Chamber of Commerce to increase the local assessment rolls, will be inclined, in the absence of information which they deem satisfactory, to arbitrarily increase the Vlh&sV assessment; accordingly it is desirable that such information as we can properly furnish, be made available to Mr, Allard.
