On motion duly seconded, it was BESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Johnson in executing Bider C.L.D. No. 13016-2, dated October 2 5 , 1 9 6 I, terminating as of October 16, 1 9 6 1 , Contract Audit No. 1084a, dated August 15» 1958, expiring by latest extension July 31, 1963, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and State Wide Sales Co., Inc., covering lease of portion of Vegetable Shed No. 3» Los Angeles, California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was BESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Johnson in executing Letter Agreement C.L.D. No. 14-078, dated October 24-, 19 6 1, whereby Las Vegas Land and Water Company grants permission to Las Vegas Beservations, Inc., effective November 1, 1961, to enter storeroom known as 614- South Olive Street, Los Angeles, California, prior to occupancy by it December 1, 1961, to perform surveys preliminary to remodeling work to be done by it; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was BESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Bitter and Assistant Secretary Cope in executing Lease Agreement C.L.D. No. 14-086, dated November 4-, 1961, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Las Vegas Beservations, Inc., Lessee, covering ground floor storeroom, known as 614- South Olive Street, Los Angeles, California, for term of two years commencing December 1, 1961, and -2-
