& Savings Bank of Los Angeles as Trustees, under the will of August V. Handorf, deceased, in a deed recorded February 20, 1957 in Book 53698, page 126, Official Records of Los Angeles County, said property conveyed subject to: 1. Taxes for the fiscal year 1968-1969. 2. Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the action of President E.H.Bailey and Assistant Secretary S. J. How in executing Las Vegas Land and Water Company L. S. Deed Audit No. 6207, bearing C. L. D. No. 15943, dated March 28, 1968, conveying to Edward P. Roski and Beatrice H. Roski, as Joint Tenants, an undivided one half interest, and William B. Martin, an individual, an undivided one half interest, in that certain parcel of land situate in City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, California, for a valuable consideration, said parcel containing approximately 6.45 acres, being that portion of Block 18 of Tract No. 1343 as per map recorded in Book 20, pages 10 and 11 of Maps, records of said County, and that portion of Eighth Avenue sixty feet wide, vacated by Resolution No. 259 of the City of Industry, a certified copy being recorded in Book D-1739, page 618, Official Records of said County, as particularly described in deed, excepting from said parcel -5-
