Referring to my letter of August 5, 1953, transmitting to you, among other documents, a conformed copy of the ahove-entitled contract: Two errors have been detected in this agre ement, namely: 1) In line 15, page 7, the words "Water Company" should be "Railroad Companies"; and 2) la line 3, page 8, the word "first" should be "second". Please rule out the incorrect words and substitute the correct words on the pages mentioned. Mr. A. E.
