This took approximately two months, at the end of which time the commercial users were returned to the metered rate* He pointed out that there had been no choice of rates during that time and everyone was on the same rate. Attorney McNamee confirmed this and pointed out that no preference had been shown to any customer and. all were required to pay the water bills due during that period. During the following discussion, it was generally agreed that M r. M iller should be advised that since all customers had been on the same rate, the Board had no choice but to collect the b ill. President Luce agreed to write M r. M iller advising him of the Board's decision.
