JUNE, 1920 Docket No. 202:—Class rates, Aberdeen, Northville, Mellette, S. D., and intermediate points, to St. Louis, Kansas City, Mo., and stations taking same rates. Present, various rates; proposed, rates at present applicable in the opposite direction. (See Standing Rate Committee’ s report dated June 14', 1920.) Approved recommendation of the Standing Rate Committee, which contemplates that class.rates now applicable from St. Louis,"Kansas City, Mo., and stations taking.same rates, to Aberdeen, Northville, Mellette, S. D., and intermediate points, be made to apply “ between.” Effective October 25, 1920, as announced in Rate Advice No. 3. Docket No. 204.— Cement, Hydraulic, Portland or Natural, C. L., between points in Wisconsin, Intrastate, Present, various commodity rates; proposed, same rates as now apply on Interstate traffic in Wisconsin and between Illinois points and Wisconsin. (See Standing Rate Committee’ s report dated June 9, 1920.) Approved report of the Standing Rate Committee as follows: That this application be expunged from the. docket as the entire question of applying intrastate the interstate scale of rates on cement, prescribed by the Interstate Commerce .Commission in Docket 8182 is before them in Docket 178, and a hearing will be held when a date acceptable to the several parties can be arranged. Docket No. 208.— Apples, storage in transit at Hannibal, M o., between points in California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming and stations east of the Mississippi River. Present, no transit arrangement; proposed, published through rate plus excess charge of 5 cents per 100 lbsi (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated June 14, 1920.) Approved recommendation of the, Standing Rate Committee as follows: That Rule 22 of W. T. L. Circular No. 18-B be amended to include Hannibal, M o., as an intermediate station at which apples may be stored and reshipped to Chicago and Peoria, 111., and points beyond. Effective October 25, 1920, as announced in Rate Advice No. 3. Docket No. 213.— Ore, Lead and Zinc, C. L., minimum weight 50,000 lbs., points in Wisconsin described in Item 595, W. T., L. Freight Tariff No. 49-K, I. C. C. No. A-1068, to points in Indiana, Ohio, \ Pennsylvania, New York, West?* Virginia, Michigan, Kentucky, as described in the item. Present, 6th Class rate, 3 7 cents; proposed, addition of Cassville, Wis., as a point of origin in the item referred to above. (See Standing Rate Committee’ s report dated June 11, 1920.) Approved recommendation of the Standing, Rate Committee, which contemplates inclusion of Cassville, Wis., as a point of origin in Items 590, 595 and 600 of W. T. L. Tariff 49-K, which names joint through rates on Lead and Zinc Ore and Concentrates from all producing points in Southwestern Wisconsin to Central Freight Association territory.
