William Stava Fage 2 January 29# 1953 I would appreciate it if# upon receipt of this letter# you would advise me whether you can handle this matter and whether you can appear as a witness on February 17th as I do not like to request a continuance since we are . furnishing water free to all of these facilities. If you can arrange to handle it and the time is convenient# I suggest you come down here sometime the early part of February, go over the files with Mr. Adamson# and then possibly make a trip to Las Vegas and secure further information from Messrs.
