Bennett I am submitting herewith original and nine oopies of letter of submission to Mr. Stoddard, together with ten copies of Form 30 Estimate dated March 5# 195*+* both of which refer to construction of water mains to serve Morning View Heights Subdivision Tract No. 1, Las Vegas, Nevada. For your information, my letter to Mr. James M. Montgomery dated March 8, 195*+* requesting approval of the Water District on the basis included in letter of submission, has been approved by the Las Vegas Valley Water District on March 2**, 195*+. In view of the urgency for the completion of 8W water main in Oakey Boulevard as explained in my letter to Mr. Bennett dated March 22, 195*+* you will note that I have requested wire advice when attached submission la approved.
