Said proposed pipe line shall be constructed in the location shown in broken red and white line between points marked A and ? and V and X on said Exhibit "A-l*. (b) to construct a 24-inch pipe in the location shown in broken rod and white line between points marked K and S on Exhibit HA-1” and an 8-inch pipe line in location shown in broken red and white lines between points marked Y and D on Exhibit MA-1”, it being understood that unless the parties can agree on the type of said 24-inch and 8-inch pipe lines within ninety (90) days after such written notice, Union Pacific shall construct such pipe lines pursuant to good engineering practice and of the capacity herein­above mentioned in this subparagraph (b)j
