Dear Sir:- In reply to your inquiry as to what our company are going to do in the way of huiiding cottages, hog to advise that we have authority to build forty cottages in the Las Vegas (Down- site. 32 of them will be built on Blochs 23 and 26 and the balance at some other location. She const ruction will be concrete blocks, with shingle roof. We are going to construct two sizes of houses, four and five rooms; each house will have a bath.
