    Notice [not legible] Mine
    Notice is hereby given the [not legible] the undersigned do this day locate and claim fifteen hundred (1500) feet for mining purposes on this Lead Lode or Ledge or deposit of Silver bearing rock and ore to be known and described as the [not legible] Mine
    Commencing at the monument upon which this notice is placed and mining (750) seven hundred and fifty feet in a westerly direction and seven hundred and fifty (750) feet in an Easterly direction on and along said Leadm Lode or Ledge or deposit of silver. Bearing rock and ore and including three hundred feet on each side thereof for mining purposes.
    [not legible] claim and and intend to hold and work said claim and mining ground in accordance with the mining Laws of The United States 
    Approved May 10th 1884 and in accordance with the Laws of El Dorado Mining District Lincoln County Nevada
    This mine is situated and adjoining the O.K. Mine on the [not legible] formerly known as the [not legible] Little [not legible] Mine Henry Ohm
