SECTION 19. That the City Clerk and Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas shall cause this ordinance to be published once a week for two successive weeks immediately fol­lowing its final reading and adoption, in the Las Vegas Review Journal, a daily newspaper pub­lished in said City, and this ordinance shall become effective immediately following the second publication hereof. SCHELLACK, being first duly sworn, deposes and says: That he is Foreman of the LAS VEGAS REVIEW- JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, of general circulation, printed and published at Las Vegas, in the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the attached was continuously published in said news­paper for a period of Two (2) insertions from February 3, 1956 to February 10, 1956 inclusive, being the issues of said newspaper for the following dates, to-wit: February 3, 10, 1956. SCHELLACK Subscribed and sworn to before me this 10th day of February, 1956 /s/ NEOLA GIERHART NOTARY PUBLIC IN AND FOR CLARK COUNTY, NEVADA My Commission Expires April l4, 1957 ORDINANCE NO. 694 AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO. 671 ENTITLED" AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 36, SECTION 58, CODE OF US VEGAS, 1949, BY ADDING A NEW SUBSECTION TO PREVENT VEHICLE PARKING ON SOUTH FIFTH STREET BETWEEN OAKEY BOULEVARD AND SAN FRANCISCO STREET; PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATING; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH; AND PRO­VIDING OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATED THERETO". The Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 671 is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its final reading and adoption, and final publication as in the next section provided. SECTION 4. The City Clerk and Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas shall cause this ordinance to be published once a week for two successive weeks im­mediately following its reading and adoption in the Las Vegas Review Journal, a daily news­paper published in the City of Las Vegas.
