Bates: Referring to your le tte r of August 17th, your f i l e 569, enclosing draft of proposed easement from the Railroads to the Las Vegas Valley Water D istric t: The draft is satisfactory, and I am returning i t herewith to you for further handling. I think we w ill have to grant this easement under Section 15 of Agreement C.L.D. No. 11342 since they have paid for the pipeline, although these particular easement strips were not included in the contract above referred to.
