I agree.M Los Angeles* September .24* 1954 Mr. Wm. Reinhardt: W M . R. SEP 23 1954 In connection with the construction work let for bid by the Las Vegas Valley Water-District I talked to Mr.Ren shaw. He told me that the contract for Installation was let to the Fisher Construction Company* of Phoenix* Arizona* for a total price of $5 9 9 3 1 0 ;.the pipe contracts were let (l) to the Southern Pipe & Casing Company* of Azusa* California* for $704*722 and (2) to the United . Concrete Pipe Corporation for $465*450. These contracts cover the pipe line from Manganese down as well as the relocation of the pipe lines through our property. In connection with the request of the School Board for release of our water reservation he stated that he had talked to Mr. Gray* of the Board* and Mr. Gray stated that they were just exploring various possibilities, and that they did not want to drill the well and very probably would build the line for $12*000. The School Board is still, worrying about the use of that line by .other people* and Mr. Renshaw is working out. a deal with them along that line. Apparently this matter will die on the vine as far as we are concerned. E. Bennett SEP 24 1954 e . e . a SEP 2 4 1954
