Hr. R. L. Adamson - Los Angelas On September 16, 1953, my file W 23-1-66, 1 wrote you submitting one print of Drawing A-1102 dated July 2, 1953, showing proposed water mains to serve Desert Park Subdivision Ho. 3, Las Vegas, Nevada, and advised that the Subdivider had obanged his mind and requested the Water Company to prepare an Agreement to cover only a portion of the water mains Indicated on the print and requested that you prepare revised prints to show the water mains Indicated thereon with the exception of those which I had crossed off In blue oolor. I am now advised that the Subdivider desires to proceed with the balance of the construction and would therefore request that you prepare and furnish me b work order prints and 11 agreement prints shewing the water mains which I bad oroased off In blue oolor on print jt-1102, sent you with my letter of September 16. Would appreciate If you would send me the b work order prints as soon as possible for my use In securing the Water District's approval. The agreement prints oould be furnished at a later date. L. R.
