Sweeney Gentlemen: With reference to our recent conversation In your office and sample f or m o f Title Guarantee, consisting of two sheets, covering Title Guarantee to be written by you showing that where pipe lines are located In dedicated streets or alleys, such streets or alleys have been lawfully dedicated under the laws of the State of Nevada by the owners of record of all of the land involved and have not been subsequently Vacated or abandoned. I have received approval by our law department for the use of the form suggested by you. It will be satisfactory if you enter an amount not to exceed $1000*00 as the amount of liability under each of the Titles of Guarantee written under the above provisions.
