As indicated in the last paragraph of Mr. Stoddard's letter, you will please have division Engineer Martin get in touch with Industrial Engineer Adamson at Los Angeles and eonfer with General Solicitor Bennett and General Attorney Cory as to the legal features involved and then make an investigation as to the requirements at Las Vegas and furnish report.
