    s - 1 1 - rental for said alteration and addition: (1) Taxes levied upon and attributable to said alteration and addition; (2) The exact cost to the Lessor of the maintenance thereof, excluding any al­lowance for overhead; and (3) The annual cost of insurance on said alteration and addition; and providing terms and conditions under which other and further alterations, additions or betterments may be con­structed; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter agreement, dated January 13, 1940, ad­dressed to Mr, H. L. G-ogerty, $272 Yucca Street, Los Angeles, California, covering the preparation of plans and specifications for a one-story factory ahd office building, 807 feet in length and 121 ft. 6 inches in width, to be located upon Lots 41 and 42 of Los Angeles Fruitland Association 500-Acre Tract at the southwest corner of Fruitland Road and Boyle Avenue, Vernon, California, to be erected by this company for sale to Fruehauf Trailer Company of California; considera­tion an amount equal to 4$ of cost to LVL&WCo. of said im­provements; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider C. L, D. No, 2949, dated January 22, 1940,
