On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Hicks in executing LVL&W LS Deed Audit No. 5526, dated April 25, 1957, conveying to Francisco M. Alvarez and Rosa F. Alvarez, Lots 21 and 22, in Block 7, Tract No, 1867, situate in the Town of Yermo, County of San Bernardino, State of California5 consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration; EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto Grantor: All minerals and mineral rights including oil and gas rights thereto, without right of entry; and said property is conveyed subject to: 1. General and special taxes for the fiscal year 19 57-19 5 8 , a lien not yet payable; 2 . Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; 3. An unrecorded easement across the rear of said lots granted to Southern Sierras Power Company by Las Vegas Land and Water Company under date of April 1, 1928; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Assignment C.L.D. No. 11033-1, dated April 3, 1953, by which LVL&WCo. consented to assignment, effective November 1, 1952, to Lawrence J, Eby, doing business as Acme House Moving Company, all right, title and interest in Contract Audit No. 1063**, dated May 15, 1952, with Lida R. Epperson and Lawrence J. Eby, doing business as Acme House Moving Company, covering site near 23rd Street and California Avenue, Long Beach, California; to be used for storage of material and equipment; rental $300®00 per annum, payable semi-annually in advance; subject to termination -3-
