\ Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President E® H. Bailey in approving the aforementioned A. F. E® Request, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. The following Authority for Expendiiture Request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: W® 0. 41, issued August 31, 1967, City of Industry, California; retirement of parcel of land situated in Lot 1, Block 34, and Lot 1, Block 35 and portion of vacated Sixth Avenue, Tract No® 1343, in Handorf Industrial District No® 1, con­taining an area of 8.166 acres, conveyed to Westwood Ceramic Supplies, Incorporated by Las Vegas Land and Water Company Deed Audit L® S® No. 6183, dated June 20, 1967, sale assented to by Union Pacific Railroad Company Executive Committee June 20, 1967. Credit account 202 for ledger value of property retired, Land and Public Improvements, City of Industry, California; sold $69,514.00 Chargeable sale price $69,962.00 Creditable to Profits on Sales of Real Estate $ 448.00 Estimated cost of removal of property retired, chargeable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate, Land Divi­sion $ 4,203.00 Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President E.
