Mr. Wm. Reinhardt - October 10, 1952 Monday, and if it is satisfactory, we will submit it to the Commission and the protestants. Mr. Allen kept modifying his Order from time to time, and it was impossible for me to make a complete summary thereof, but it will provide as I have stated, for suspension of the present rates, and the filing of the new tariff. The new rates would be effective only for the five month period, except for the refrigeration devices used in markets and restaurants which are operated throughout the year. EEB:JL E. E. Bennett
