which, by exercise of due diligence and foresight, such party could not reasonably have been expected to avoid. Any party rendered unable to fulfill any obligation by reason of uncon­trollable forces shall exercise due diligence to remove such inability with all dispatch. Section 17. All notices given pursuant to the terms of this agreement shall be given as follows: Any such notice shall be given to the District by personally serving the President or Secretary of the District with such written notice or by depositing such written notice in the United States mail, registered, and addressed to the Pres­ident or Secretary of the District at 135 South 4th Street, Las Vegas, Nevada. Any such notice shall be given to the First Parties by personally serving a copy of such written notice upon WM. REIN­HARDT, Vice-President, or by depositing such written notice in the United States mail, registered, and addressed to Wm. Rein­hardt, Vice-President of First Parties, at 422 West Sixth Street, Los Angeles 14, California. Either party hereto by giving notice to the other party as provided in this Section 17 may change the address to which notices shall be mailed or the person or persons upon or to whom they shall be served or mailed, provided that said person or persons shall, in the case of the District, be a Director, and in the case of the First Parties, be an officer of one or more of the First Parties.
