Corporation, with principal place of business at 9122 Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles, California, does hereby Sell, Assign, Transfer and Set Over unto LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a Nevada Corporation, all its right, title and interest in and to that certain eight inch (8”) and six inch (6") cast iron water line in location described in Article 1, Section 1 of that certain agreement between the parties hereto (identified as MN"L«D. 2637), together with all valves, fittings and valve boxes connected with said water lines* warrants that it is the owner of the said eight inch (8”) and six inch (6”) water line and connecting valves, fittings and valve boxes, and that the same is free and clear of all encumbrances it will at all times hereafter defend the title to the same against any and all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same* IN WITNESS WHEREOF, NEVAS CORPORATION, a California Corporation, has caused this Bill of Sale to be duly executed this The said NEVAS CORPORATION, a California Corporation, including all material and labor claims attaching thereto, and — day of dL^ ? 195 ^ . 3 - 3 /
