Reunion Workshop -10:00 a.m. Luncheon -12:00 noon Dinner - 7:00 p.m. ($35.00 ea. - make checks out to Tule Springs Preservation Committee) Sunday, November 10, 2002 Field Trip to Tule Springs Dig Site - 9:00 a.m. Luncheon at Gilcrease Bird Sanctuary -12:00 noon Field Trip to Gilcrease Site - 1 :30 p.m. Out of town guests may call 1-800-654-8804 to make room reservations at the Texas Station. The Texas has graciously offered us a lovely room for the dinner. They are not charging us for the room or room set-up. (Team members will be assigned a Tule Springs Preservation Committee member contact to facilitate any help needed upon arrival.) Please enclose check for dinner if you are attending. Open bar at the dinner requires us to follow Texas Station procedures.
