Ronan, who will talk on "What Your Trade Asso-ciation Means to Your Business."... Our speaker is a nationally recognized au-thority ih all phases of industrial management. He has a reputation as a fearless speaker. He has been a leader in the industrial management field for the past twenty-five years. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * LAST WEEK Maj. 3. J. Swanson, U.S. Marine Corps, was our guest speaker last week. He spoke of the "Armed Forces Week" celebration and introduced three offi-cers representing the Army, the Navy and the Marines The address was very inspiring, and the exhibition of military wonders at City Hall Park Satur*da*y *we*ll* w*or*th* w*hi*l*e *vi*si*t ing. NEXT WEEK Our speaker next week will be Brigadier General Arthur McChrystal, Retired, who served many years of service overseas, and of late has been in the importing business in Vienna, Austria.... Case, idiich says, relative to the officers-elect, in part: "Please accept my sincere congratulations, Ally el You cer-tainly deserve the honor. Also, your three years as secretary give you a great advantage in 'know-how' about Rotary. "When Billy Ferroh and his charming Rotary Ann Ruth arrived, they found not only the 'Rotary Wheels' but also Las Vegas papers waiting for them. Winnifred and I had a grand time with the Ferrons and were sorry to see them leave Thursday for Quebec. "I noted your reference to new Rotary signs. The young man, now connected with the management of Hotel Newhouse in Salt Lake City, renewed acquaintanceship with seme of the Rotarians he met when his father, Frank Case, was head of the great Basic Magnesium, Inc., at Hender-son during the war. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * DUESJ DUESH DUES!H Secretary Allye asks The Wheel to call as forcefully as comports with Rotary Ethics and Politeness, to the attention of members that there are still some cards which nave not yet been been picked up....
