Commissioner Whipple moved the foregoing emergency ordinance be numbered 496. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Peccole. ASSESSMENT Commissioner Whipple moved that notice for bids for the installation of improvements in Assessment DISTRICT No.200-5District No. 200-5 be given, said bids to be opened July 21, 1952 at the hour of 4:00 P.M. NOTICE FOR BIDS Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Whipple, and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent:Commissioner Peccole. MINUTES Commissioner Whipple moved the Minutes of June 4 and 11, 1952 be approved by reference and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign same. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Jarrett passed his vote. Absent: Commissioner Peccole. FIRE PROTECTION Commissioner Whipple moved the agreement between the City and Clark County for Fire Protection FOR COUNTY be approved as prepared and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign same. Agreement Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Peccole. There being no further business to come before the meeting at this time, Commissioner Bunker moved this meeting adjourn. Oglesby Commissioner Reed Whipple SERVICE & Commissioner Peccole moved that Service and Material Warrants Nos. 2294 to 2297 inclusive in the MATERIAL total amount of $19,043.00 be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign same. WARRANTS Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole and His Honor voting Aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Whipple.
