I agree.Under WO 9778 o f 1931 we constructed a water main upon R ailroad property and located westerly of Main Street, Las Vegas, to serve Railroad Company's Industrial Tract Ho. 1, and connected this main into the 16” water main. Pursuant to executive instructions, the ownership o f th is water line was transferred to the IV1&W Co. and furnishing o f water to the industries served thereby is now handled by that company. Mr. McHamee direets our attention to the fact that, while the fa c ilit y i t s e lf has been transferred to the accounts o f the Water Company, the Railroad Go. has not granted an easement to the Land Co. for the presence o f the water line on Railroad property. W ill you please promptly prepare and forward to Mr. McHamee data for the preparation o f this easement, together with nine prints showing location o f the fa c ilit ie s , In preparing th is data, show consideration # 1 ,0 0 ; give description o f the lin e; insert a provision giving to the Land Co. the right to construct over Railroad property service connections from the main and, of course, provide that the Land Co. shall have the right of access to Railroad premises fo r the purpose o f operating, repairing and renewing the lin e .
