A-64087 and N.L.D. 2047-3, requesting that we secure execution of duplicate originals of Termination Rider, Audit No. A-64087 and N.L.D. 204-7-3, between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and its Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company and L. A. Woitishek, covering lumber yard site, Las Vegas, Nevada. With respect to the above, I am attaching hereto for your further handling, duplicate originals of the above mentioned Termination Rider, which have been properly executed by Woitishek Lumber Company.
