Los Angeles - February 20, 1942 O F F IC E O F EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT FEB 23 1942 Mr. W. R. Bracken; LOia ANGaLiiS, CALIF. After conversation with Mr. Jeffers, I have submitted and Mr. Jeffers has approved Form 2120 as per copy attached. This Is In accordance with your suggestion that It would be advisable for the Railroad Company to assume all responsibility for the production of water and to deliver same to the Water Co. at Main Street. for additional facilities, and have placed requisition for all equipment and materials. The drilling outfit will be shipped to Las Vegas about the first of March, and I am certain completion of the wells and installation of pipe lines and pumping equipment can be accomplished in time to avoid any possibility of water shortage incident to the hot weather demand. We now have approval of our second recommendation Frank^-jljirong CO - Mr. W. M. Jeffers _^-*Mr. W. H. Guild
