Cyril Wengert, General Manager, Southern Nevada power # Company, proposed to commissioner® a compromise on basis 1$ of gross earnings, not to exoeed 7# of net, which amount will be approximately $15,750; Also to continue power rate reduction to city which amounts to around $9 ,000,(has been in effect for quite some time) totaling from power company, no agreement has been reached as to tax that may be expected from Southern Nevada Telephone Company. Mr. Wengert also General Manager this company. This proposal will be taken up at regular board meeting scheduled for Thursday, September 22nd, also at this meeting Commissioner, Reed Whipple will request that action be delayed on Water Company fee until return _____ about $25,000 a year to this utility tax* this amount
