ter said completion remove from the premises of the Union Pa­cific the 24-inch cast iron pipe line and the 16-ineh transite and cast iron pipe line shown in broken red and black lines on said Exhibit nAn and restore the premises of the Union Pacific to the condition in which they were prior to such removal. The said pipe line when so removed shall remain the property of the District, In the event the District shall fail to remove the said pipe lines within said six (6) months* period, Union Pacific shall have the right to remove the same, and the Dis­trict agrees to pay to Union Pacific the cost to Union Pacif­ic of such removal upon presentation of bill therefor* Section g. The District shall have the right at any time prior to the expiration of the sixty (60) day notiee here­inabove in Section 2 provided to notify the Union Pacific that it proposes to remove said pipe lines shown in broken red and black lines on said Exhibit ttAtt at its sole cost and expense and to construct new pipe lines in lieu thereof. Within a rea­sonable time thereafter the District shall commence and there­after diligently prosecute to completion the construction of said new pipe lines. Upon the completion of such new pipe lines the District shall forthwith remove from the lands of the Union Pacific said pipe lines shown in broken black and red lines on said Exhibit ttA«. In the event the District de­sires to locate all or any part of said new pipe lines upon property of the Union Pacific, said pipe lines shall be placed in location shown by broken black and red lines between points markedV JS and K on Exhibit "An and by broken redi and white lines between points marked K and E and points marked Y and D on Ex­hibit nAw. Union Pacific agrees to grant to the District ease­ments ________ feet in width for the construction, maintenance and operation of said pipe lines in said locations. 6.
