R * M a a s Supplementing ay letter ef Jane 1, 1054, I am pleased te transmit herewith Permit He* 15140, transferrins 3*5 e*f*s* ef water from Well He* 1 under Permit 7300, Certificate Me* 1631, te the shop well, and authorising the appropriation ef said amount of water from the new location* Please note that the entire amount of water appro­priated under Permit He* 7300 has new been transferred te the new point ef diversion* I respectfully draw year attention te the provisions In the enolosed Permit relative te the various proofs to he filed on the dotes stated therein and assume that we will comply with these conditions when furnished with the necessary information by Mr* Jordon* In keeping with the suggestions made in your letter of Juno 8, 1054, to Mr* Hanson, it seems te me that we are new in a position ef determining the actual amount ef water which can be developed from the existing Shop well, as well as the exaet location ef the proposed new well so that a decision earn be made as te the proportion ef the 2*5 c.f.s. ef miter which is to he transferred to the proposed new well* When this has been dene, X think we should then submit an applica­tion for authority te transfer said amount of water to the proposed new well and combine in said application a request for a permit to drill the proposed new mill* As heretofore stated te you, suoh application will have te he published for a period ef 30 days, followed by a pretest period of another 30 days* X assume that Reseee Mess Company will either con­firm or revise their bid on the basis of the foregoing time limitation, and I will await further edvlee from you in the premises* Hell Las Vegas, Nevada June 11, 1054 CALVIN M.
