    BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF NEVADA IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION : OF THE LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY : FOR EMERGENCY RELIEF BY AMENDING CERTAIN : Case No. 1214 OF ITS RULES AND REGULATIONS : At a general session of the Public Service Commission of Nevada, held at its offices in Carson City, Nevada January 15, 1952 PRESENT: Chairman Robert A. Allen Commissioner Hugh A. Shamberger Secretary Lee S. Scott ORDER CANCELLING HEARING IT APPEARING That under date of November 30, 1951, the Com­mission set the above-entitled matter down for hearing at Las Vegas, January 22, 1952; and IT NOW APPEARING That a request has been received from applic­ant through its attorney requesting that the hearing originally scheduled for January 22, 1952 be vacated subject to being re-set at a later date; and IT FURTHER APPEARING That protestant City of Las Vegas, its attorney, has agreed to said vacation, through IT IS ORDERED That the hearing originally scheduled for January 22, 1952, is hereby postponed indefinitely; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That no changes shall be made in the existing rules and regulations regarding extension of service by the Las Vegas Land and Water Company pending the re-setting of this matter for hearing.
