Byrnes, a STOda Partnership: DBA Western Development Company, whose address is 2000 Fremoirfc Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, covering construction of oast Iron water mains and fire hydrant connections to serve Berkley Square Subdivision, Las Veg: s, Nevada* Location of said water mains and fire hydrant connections will be as indicated on attached Agreement prints. Drawing B-649, dated June ?, 1954* SUBDIVIDER AGREES: 1. At its own expense to furnish all necessary labor and materials and to construct: (a) Approximately 1520 LF of 8* oast Iron water mains* (b) Approximately 6060 LF of 6“ oast iron water mains* (c) Approximately 49 LF of 6* cast iron fir© hydrant connections* The cost of ©onstructing said water maim (exclusive of constructing 49 LF of 6* oast iron fire hydrant connections) is the agreed sum of $24,9??*00* 2. Said water mains shall be constructed of 8® and 6® Class 150 B & S cast Iron pipe and shall be in accordance with Federal Specifications WWP 421 Type 1* All Joints shall be cement. All fittings shall be new, all bell east iron equal to ASA Stan­dard Class 250. All valves shall be double disk, parallel seat bronze mountings conforming to A W A Standards, not less than 1?5 lbs., and all valve boxes shall be of oast iron of appropriate size for each valve. Unless otherwise approved by a duly authorized representative of the Company, all pipe, valves and fittings shall be manufactured by the Pacific States C&st Iron Pipe Company or Mueller Company* All pipe lines shall be chlorinated in accordance with A W A Specifications, shall be sub­ject to the approval and acceptance of State and City Health Authorities, and shall be constructed at an elevation to be designated by a duly author­ised representative of the Company, but In no event ' L¥a s2 3V-e1g-a1s4 7- June 14, 1954
