Resolution On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Bracken in executing rider, Audit No. 9881-2, dated January 2, 1940, extending from January 1, 1940, to and including January 1, 1941, the term of lease agreement, Audit No. 9881, dated January 1, 1938, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and J. R» Williams, doing business as Williams Outdoor Adv. Service, covering sign-board sites on North Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $50 per annum, payable in advance; subject to termination by Lessor on 10 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
