(f) All of the water distribution mains and all appurtenances thereto (hereinafter called 11 distribution facilities”) completed on or before September 1, 1952, and used or useful in the rendering of water service to customers and in the distribution of water by the Water Company, or any successor in ownership thereof, as a public utility in the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, upon the sale date. The said water distribution mains which were completed by the Water Company on or before Septem­ber 1, 1952, are shown by red colored lines on map at­tached hereto, marked Exhibit nDn and made a part here­of. It is understood that any of the said distribution facilities mentioned in subparagraphs (f) and (g) of this Section 1 shall include such service connections not shown by colored lines on Exhibit trD" as may be now or hereafter owned by the Water Company, or its success­or, and which extend between the said mains shown by col­ored lines on Exhibit "D" and the service lines’or fire 7.
