NOW, THEREFORE: Agreement I. In consideration of the covenants and agreements of the Licensee herein contained and the faithful keeping and performance thereof, cover jkS5S3^ the Salt Lake Company hereby grants to the Licensee the privilege and permission to lay, construct, use, operate, maintain, repair and renew said pipe line along and across the property and right of way of the Salt Lake Company and under its said tracks in the location as shown in yellow upon the blue print map hereto attached, marked “ Exhibit A ” H a & Her* 3 M and made a part hereof, at least &RMI' W feet, however, below the base of rails. n. In consideration of the granting by the Salt Lake Company of the foregoing privilege and permission, the Licensee hereby agrees as follows: 1. To lay and construct said pipe line in accordance with plans and specifications therefor submitted to and approved by the Salt Lake Company, under its direct supervision, and in a manner satisfactory to it. 2. To maintain said pipe line in good condition and repair at all times, to the satisfaction of the Salt Lake Company and under its supervision if, after the notice hereinafter provided for, the Salt Lake Company elects to supervise the doing of any maintenance, repair or renewal work. 3. To use said pipe line for the purpose hereinabove stated, and for no other purpose. 4. That the cost of laying and constructing said pipe line and thereafter operating, using, maintaining, repairing and renewing the same, shall be wholly borne by the Licensee. 5. That Licensee shall fully and faithfully comply with all lawful orders, rules and regulations of competent governmental authority. 6. That the Salt Lake Company shall have the right at any time after having given the Licensee thirty (30) days’ notice in writing, which notice may be, at the option of the Salt Lake Company, served upon the Licensee personally or by the United States mail, to require the Licensee to lower said pipe line or to change the location thereof; and the Licensee agrees, as soon as practicable after the expiration of said thirty day period, to make the changes directed by the Salt Lake Company, free of all cost and expense to it and under its supervision if, after receipt of the notice in the next section provided for, it desires to supervise the same.
