Dear Mr. Allen: Pursuant to Opinion and Order of the Nevada Public Service Commission dated June 5, 1953 in the above matter, and with special reference to that part of the Order requiring the Las Vegas Land and Water Company to file Amended Rate No. 21 for air- conditioning, refrigeration and ice-making, I enclose herewith duplicate originals of Proposed New Rate No. 21.
