Cox, dba A, A, Asphalt & Construction Go., Las Vegast Discussed this subject with Mr. Cox and his brother, Mr. Paul Cox of fedar City, who is apparently interested in the Company. Messrs. Cox state they are negotiating with two concerns which are interested in purchasing inrarove-ments on the side for a road oil blending plant. L. H. Cox inferred one concern is Douglas Oil Company, which proposes to ship in oil from Santa Maria, California, but was not in position to statejfh&me of (he other concern. I advised Mr. Cox we were unable to consider assignment or renewal of the lease until he submitted a concrete proposal, which he promised to do as soon as possible. Mr. Cop stated his funds were tied up at the present time but expected sufficient funds would be available shortly to enable payment of Indebtedness in amount #288.20 for rental, taxes and water.
