% RESOLVED, that the action of President and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing deed, Contract Dept. No. 31943, dated February 21, 1947, conveying to Nevada Provision Company a parcel of land approximately 100 ft. x 350.12 ft., fronting on Nor-th Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, containing an area of 35,002 sq. ft., including portion of existing spur track located thereon, and excepting and * reserving unto LVL&WCo. all minerals and all mineral rights, includ­ing oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry; subject to; 1 - Taxes and assessments levied on or assessed against said land subsequent to the year 1946; 2 - Conditions, restrictions, reservations, ease­ments and encumbrances of record; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing agreement NLD 1794, dated February 25, 1947, between LVL&WCo., called "Company", and Merl Van Lydergraf, called "Subdivider", providing for: 1 - Subdivider at his expense to excavate and back­fill 380 ft. of ditch in Clark Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, between alley of Blk. 17, Pioneer Heights Addition, and the alley of Blk. 13, Ladd’s Addition, and the Company at its expense to install in said ditch 380 ft. of 10" cast iron water main; 2 - Subdivider to pay to Company $627.00, being the estimated cost of 380 ft. of 6" cast iron water main in Clark Street, Company to assume difference between cost of 6" and 10" pipe; 3 - Subdivider at his own expense to construct 400 ft. of 6" cast iron water main in alley of said -3-
