* LAS VEGAS LAMP AND WATER COMPANY * RESOLUTION Dominguez On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of T. E. Hammill as Vice President of Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Successor to Dominguez Estate Company, in executing termination rider bearing C. L, D. No. 15753-1, dated May 25, 1967, terminating as of April 18, 1967 lease between Dominguez Estate Company and Good Scouters Club of California, covering for an indefinite term effective October 4, 1961, Little League Ball Park in location on Seabright Street, Long Beach, California, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
