Los Angeles, Gal,, July 30, 1909, Sir .0.0, Whit ternore, President, Building, Dear Sir: ill..'.alter K, Bracken, our Agent at Las Vegas, advises that the Clark Forwarding Company hare been tapping the fire plug in front of their place of business, attaching a hose to it and helping themselves to water, and that he has been unable to make them pay for it. He says they irrigate a patch of alfalfa, have a water trough and use water out of this tap for their store. Please advise how we car get at these people for stealing this water.
