Reid appeared before the Board in regard to securing a gaming license for the second quarter year for 224 No. 1st St. He was assured by the Board that they would approve the granting of such a license at the start of the new quarter. No further business appearing before the Board at this time the meeting recessed until the 15th day of March at the hour of three o'clock P.M.
