Ferriel Motion seconded by Commissioner Feecole and carried by the following vote; Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Feccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Bunker moved the Public Hearing on the application of Jerry Woodbury to rezone two lots on the north side of Charleston opposite Crestwood Drive from R-3 to C-2 be set for November 5, 1952 at 7:30 P.M. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following votej Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Whipple moved the Public Hearing on the request of C.E. Ferriel for rezoning of Charleston Blvd, and Shetland Road from R-A to R-l be set for November 9, 1952 at 7:30 P.M. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote; Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. REZONING PETITION Bailey View & Original T owns site-Denied Commissioner Bunker moved the recommendation of the Regional Planning Commission that the petition for rezoning of Lots 26, 27, 28 and 29 Block B Valley View Addition and lots 12 to 15, Blocks 28,29, 31 and 32, Lots 6 to 12 Block 13 Lots 13 to 23 Block 3, Lots 9 to 20, Block 2 of the Original Las Vegas Townsite from R-3 to R-4 to C-2 be denied, be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following votej Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. REZONING Dan Hartwell Commissioner Bunker moved the Public Hearing on the application of Dan Hartwell and other property owners to rezone the area north of Palomino to a line approximately 400 feet north of Charleston Blvd., between Shadow and Desert Lane and the area south of Palomino to Charleston and east of the west line of Buena Vista Addition from R-E and R-A to R-l be set for November 5, 1952, at 7:30 P.M. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote; Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. PARK MANOR SU B D IV ISIO N Commissioner Whipple moved the final map of Park Mahor Tract No. 2 be approved subject to NO. 2 Final Map the filing of the required bond. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote; Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. JONES SU B D IV ISIO N Commissioners Bunker and Peccole were appointed to meet with the Regional Planning Commission on the conditions for Jones Subdivision. BEL A IR SU BD IV ISIO N Final Map VAN PATTEN TRACT #1 Final Map Commissioner Bunker moved the final map of Bel Air Subdivision be approved subject to the filing of the required bond. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote; Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Bunker moved the final map of Van Patten Tract #1 be approved subject to the filing of the required bond.
