In the event, however, that the actual ooet should exceed the amount of your deposit, you will, upon receipt of bill, reimburse the Water Company for such additional ooet. By actual ooet is meant the ©oat of all material and supplies delivered to the Job, the ©oat of all labor employed In connection with the installation of said water main, the cost of premiums on contractor*# surety bond, Public Liability | property Damage and Con tractor’s Con** tr&ctural Liability Insurance, plus ten percent (10$) for supervision and overhead. The Contract will further provide for refund of 35$ of the revenues derived from the sale of water to con­sumers located within the sub division above referred to, taking service from the lines installed hereunder, during the ten-year period following the completion of the install­ation or until your cost (exclusive of the cost of the fire hydrant connections and fire hydrants) has been refunded, whichever first occurs.
