Reinhardt’s ft-282 ws have asked for competitive bids covering construction and bsoause of anticipated delay of completing contract etc. X suggest the purchasing agent be requested to place purchase order with Instruction to "assemble sad hold* so the pip# will not arrive before we are ready as we can not string It out In the allay before we are ready to put It in place because of interruption to traffic.
