We have made the adjustments in keeping with the vaoancies listed for the months of January and February 1948 and inasmuch as payments for these months have been made in full at the rate of #128.00 per month, we have given you credit for vacancies in the amount of #36.00 on your May bill, the net amount of which will be $92.00. Our accounting procedure requires that all vacancy allowances be reported to us not later than the 10th of the month following and it would be very auoh appreciated if your monthly report of vacancies could reach us on or before this date.
