Gentlemen: Your proposal to furnish all necessary superintendence, labor, tools and equipment, and to perform all work required in the construction and laying of cast iron water mains in Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, and connections therewith, as follows, to-wit: Ccwnencing at a connection with the existing water wain at the north end of Slock 25, 14th Street Addition, theses northerly through Block 26 a distance of 450 feet to an end at the north end of eald Block 26. is accepted with the understanding that* 1.
